A RESOLUTION ABOUT MERIT AND THE PEERAGE

[Passed 4-2. Adopted: 4 May 2018]

WHEREAS the Kingdom of Scone has a proud history of giving honors based on merit

WHEREAS the Peerage is the highest honor that’s bestowed

WHEREAS Peerages should be given to citizens who contribute alot to the Kingdom.

Now therefore be it RESOLVED that this Parliament believes that merit should be the primary reason for awarding peerages.
