An Act to provide for a process for citizens of the Realm to renounce their citizenship, to provide for criteria when a citizenship may be terminated, and for other purposes.
BE IT ENACTED by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords and Burgesses in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
1. SHORT TITLE This act may be cited for all purposes as “Access and Moderation Act.”
2. PRESCRIBING ADMINISTRATIVE ACCESS TO CERTAIN GROUPS
A. The Sovereign and Prime Minister shall be entitled to administrator access for any Kingdom Facebook group upon their request to the group owner.
B. The Lord High Chancellor shall be entitled to administrator access to the Hound & Quarry, The Chancery, The Sconnish Parliament, the Tartannac Gazette, the Hansard, the Legislative Committee, and Grosvenor Hall groups.
C. The Home Secretary shall be entitled to administrator access to the Hound and Quarry, Home Office, and Tartannac Gazette groups.
D. The Secretary for State for Foreign & Colonial Affairs shall be entitled to administrator access in the Sconnish Embassy group.
E. The Lord President of the Council shall be entitled to administrator access in the Privy Council group.
F. The Clerk of the Parliaments shall be entitled to administrator access of the Hansard group.
G. The Clerk of the Crown in Chancery shall be entitled to administrator access of the Tartannac Gazette group.
H. The Lord Ilion, Principal King of Arms shall be entitled to administrator access of Illion Hall: The College of Arms and The College of Arms at Tartannac groups.
H1: The Lord Ilion, Principal King of Arms may appoint additional Administrators or Moderators of The College of Arms at Tartannac group as they shall deem fit.
I. Upon resignation or removal from office, the Prime Minister shall hand over Administrator Access of the Cabinet group and the Sconnish Government Facebook page to the newly elected or appointed Prime Minister.
J. His Majesty in Council may, from time to time, appoint other individuals to serve as administrators of various groups. Such appointments shall last during the King’s pleasure.
3. SUBSCRIBING CERTAIN MODERATION DUTIES TO INDIVIDUALS
A. The Prime Minister, the Lord High Chancellor, and the Home Secretary shall collectively be responsible for moderating the Hound & Quarry and ensuring that all content within that group conforms to its collegial atmosphere and Sconnish Law.
A1: Other administrators of the Hound & Quarry may, at their discretion, perform moderator functions within the Hound & Quarry.
B. The Prime Minister and the Home Secretary shall be responsible for moderating all other Kingdom Facebook groups.
C. Moderators shall be empowered to issue warnings, delete posts, and refer conduct that violates Sconnish Law to the Sconnish Judiciary for formal proceedings if deemed necessary.
D. His Majesty in Council may appoint additional moderators for the various Kingdom groups to serve at His Majesty’s pleasure.
4. REMOVAL OF ADMINISTRATORS AND MODERATORS
1. All administrators and moderators who are specially appointed by His Majesty in Council may be removed from their position by His Majesty the King.
B. The Prime Minister shall advise His Majesty when they believe that an administrator or moderator who has been specially appointed should be removed, and shall present their reasoning to His Majesty. It shall be up to His Majesty alone to determine whether or not His pleasure should conclude on the appointment.
C. Administrators and Moderators may also be removed by the Sconnish Judiciary as part of any criminal sentence.
D. Individuals holding positions that automatically entitle them to administrator or moderator access to certain groups may only be deprived of that status through an Act of Parliament or a judgment by the Sconnish Judiciary as sentence in a criminal proceeding due to some misconduct while in office.
E. After the conclusion of the life of a Parliament, all individuals who hold administrator or moderator access to certain groups by virtue of their position shall be removed as administrators or moderators of those groups if they are not re-appointed to those positions by the succeeding Government.
F. Should an individual cease to hold the office that had entitled them to administrator or moderator access, that individual shall be removed as an administrator or moderator unless appointed to that role by His Majesty in Council.
5. COMMENCEMENT
This legislation and all the provisions therein shall come into force upon receiving the Royal Assent.
