An Act to repeal the Royal Treasury Act 2021; Sconnish Teasury, Title of Officers Act 2022; and the Treasury Amendment Act

BE IT ENACTED by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords and Burgesses in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1. SHORT TITLE

This Act may be cited for all purposes as “Sconnish Treasury (Repeal) Act”

2. ROYAL TREASURY ACT 2021

The Royal Treasury Act 2021is repealed in its entirety and shall have no further force or effect in the law.

3. SCONNISH TREASURY, TITLE OF OFFICERS ACT 2022

The Sconnish Teasury, Title of Officers Act 2022 IS repealed in its entirety and shall have no further force or effect in the law.

4. TREASURY AMENDMENT ACT

The Treasury Amendment Act is repealed in its entirety and shall have no further force or effect in the law.

5. COMMENCEMENT

This legislation and all the provisions therein shall come into force upon receiving the Royal Assent.
