The Assurance of Sconnish Religious Freedom Act

BE IT ENACTED by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords and Burgesses in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1. SHORT TITLE This act may be cited for all purposes as “The Assurance of Sconnish Religious Freedom Act” 2. PURPOSE. To protect the various religions of the Citizens of Scone. 3. AMENDMENT OF THE CHARTER. This Act shall Amend the Charter of Scone as allowed under Article XI of the Charter of Scone; and add Article XI and reorganize any following Articles in ascending order. 4. DEFINITIONS. Defining the ambiguous terms in the previous section are as followed: Religion: practice of a system of belief of any citizen of Scone; including nonbelief. 5. REGULATIONS. A. The Sovereign may appoint a personal Chaplain, confessor or however they shall be named to the Chapel Royal which shall not need nor have Privy Council or Cabinet oversight and any and all appointments to Clergy shall be appointments to the Royal Household Only. B. Scone is further prohibited from establishing a National Church, or Clergy. the Government shall be barred from establishing a religion or national church. 7. ENFORCEMENT. The Attorney General shall have full enforcement rights of this Act, without complaint needing to be filed. 8. VIOLATIONS. Any Violation to the Sconnish Rights Act will be brought to trial before the appropriate Sconnish court. 9. COMMENCEMENT. This legislation and all the provisions therein shall come into force upon receiving the Royal Assent.
