The Glennish Crown Constitution Act 2016

An ACT to constitute anew the Glennish Crown in the person of the Sovereign of the Kingdom of Scone and to secure to the aforesaid restored Glennish Crown the Kingdom of Glennish Hanover.

I. SHORT TITLE

This act may be cited for all purposes as “The Glennish Crown Constitution Act 2016.”

II. THE CONSTITUTION OF THE GLENNISH CROWN

A. The Crown of Glennain (or of the Glennains) is hereby ordained, appointed, and declared to be constituted anew, and the styles, powers, authorities, and attributes thereof to be vested permanently and perpetually in the Person of the Sovereign of the Kingdom of Scone, his heirs and successors, according to law.

B. Glennain is (or the Glennains are) hereby and herewith defined in perpetuity as that imperial family and commonwealth of polities constituent of the Kingdom of Scone and any and all other kingdoms, empires, realms, dominions, colonies, or dependencies reigned over by, and/or pledging their allegiance to, the Glennish monarch, who is the King of Scone, his heirs and successors, according to law.

C. His Majesty shall in no wise be hindered from altering his Royal Style and Titles from time to time as he shall think fit (in accordance with Article IV; Section 1 of the Charter of Scone Act 2014), in such wise that his imperial sovereignty over Glennain (or the Glennains) is duly and unequivocally proclaimed and indicated.

D. The constitution of the Glennish Crown herewith shall in no wise be understood to resuscitate or reconstitute in any respect the extinct Crown of the former Glennish Kingdoms of Hanover and Sconeland, neither shall it be understood that the styles “Glennish Kingdoms” or “Glennish Kingdoms of Hanover and Sconeland” are in any wise restored.

III. THE SECURING OF THE CROWN OF THE KINGDOM OF GLENNISH HANOVER TO THE GLENNISH CROWN


In consideration of the custody and authority granted the Sconnish Crown-in-Parliament by the Royal Proclamation of His Majesty King James I in right of the Kingdom of Glennish Hanover bearing date at Wealdstonbury the 22nd day of February, 2016, the Kingdom of Glennish Hanover is hereby and herewith secured in perpetuity to the Glennish Crown as constituted by Article II of this Bill.

IV. THE RE-CLASSIFICATION OF THE KINGDOM OF GLENNISH HANOVER UNDER A NEW NAME AND STYLE

A. The Kingdom of Glennish Hanover is hereby and herewith deprived of its status as a kingdom and is hereby and herewith designated, classified, and defined as a colonial dependency of the Kingdom of Scone situate within the imperium of the Glennish Crown.

B. The Kingdom of Glennish Hanover is hereby and herewith restyled “The Colonial Province of Glennish Hanover.”

V. PROVISION FOR A CONSTITUTIONAL CHARTER

His Majesty the King in Council is hereby and herewith authorized to draft and declare by Royal Proclamation or by Orders-in-Council a Charter constituting the various aspects of the State and Government of the aforesaid Colonial Province of Glennish Hanover.

VI. POLITIES INHERITED BY OR GRANTED TO HIS MAJESTY SUBSEQUENT TO THE ENACTMENT OF THIS LEGISLATION

A. It is declared and understood hereby and herewith that, subsequent to the enactment of this legislation, the acceptance of any and all kingdoms, empires, realms, dominions, colonies, dependencies, or any other polities whatsoever, which may be bequeathed, given, or granted to His Majesty, or to any of his lawful heirs and successors whatsoever, shall be by His Majesty the King in Parliament, by an Act of Parliament, and by no other means.

B. In the event that a kingdom, empire, dominion, realm, colony, dependency, or any other polity whatsoever, shall be instantly bequeathed, given, or granted to His Majesty, or to any of his lawful heirs and successors whatsoever, by the lawful monarch, ruler, government, or possessor thereof, acting in a precipitous and irrevocable fashion, the same polity shall be understood at once to be in the custodial possession of His Majesty the King in Parliament and under the temporary authority of the same, unless and until such time as the aforesaid polity shall be lawfully and permanently secured to the Glennish Crown by an Act of Parliament.


VII. COMMENCEMENT

This legislation and all the provisions therein shall come into force upon receiving the Royal Assent.
